How to use it
- Choose your PNG images or screenshots (or drop them in). You can add more later.
- Put them in order, then pick the page size and background.
- Tap “Create PDF”. It downloads right away and nothing is uploaded.
Why PNG to PDF instead of JPG to PDF
A screenshot is fine text, hard edges and flat colors. Convert it to JPG and you get smudges around every letter. Here the PNG goes into the PDF exactly as it is, never recompressed: what you see in the screenshot is what ends up in the PDF.
- Transparency: a logo or signature saved as a PNG with a transparent background stays transparent in the PDF, or sits on white or black if you prefer.
- Screenshots: with “Same as image”, each screenshot fills a page of its own size, with no borders or white bands.
- Big images: a 4K screenshot goes in at full size. If the PDF ends up heavy, choose “Smaller file” or run it through Compress PDF.
Questions
Does converting PNG to PDF lose quality?
Not with “Lossless”: the PNG is stored inside the PDF exactly as it was, pixel for pixel.
Can I mix PNGs and JPG photos?
Yes. Every image gets its own page: PNGs stay lossless and JPGs aren’t recompressed either.
Why is the PDF bigger than a JPG version would be?
Because PNG throws nothing away, and that takes space. If size matters more than sharpness, choose “Smaller file”.
