How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF.
  2. Pick JPG or PNG and the sharpness. If you don’t want every page, select the ones you need.
  3. Tap “Convert to images”. One page downloads as an image; several come in a .zip.

Good to know

  • Which sharpness? “Normal” (150 dpi) covers almost everything: upload forms, messages, viewing on screen. “Print” (300 dpi) gives large, heavy images for printing or cropping details.
  • An A4 page at 150 dpi comes out at 1240 × 1753 pixels; at 300 dpi, 2480 × 3507.
  • If the PDF asks for a password to open, remove it first with Unlock PDF.
  • On phones, very large pages get scaled down a little: browsers won’t draw images bigger than about 16 million pixels.

Questions

Can I convert just one page?

Yes. Choose “The ones I select” and tap the page you want. It downloads as a single image, no .zip.

Can I get PNG instead of JPG?

Yes, choose PNG under “Format”. It keeps fine text and lines crisp, at the cost of bigger files.

Why isn’t the .zip compressed?

JPG and PNG images are already compressed. Compressing them again would only make you wait longer without saving space.
